Understanding Alliance Duel
(CHECK OUT THE FREE GUIDE AT THE BOTTOM)
Alliance Duel, usually called VS, is a six-day weekly competition between two alliances in Last War: Survival. Every day has a different scoring theme, so success comes from timing, preparation, and teamwork—not simply spending everything at once.
Your points do two things: unlock your personal reward chests and add to your alliance’s daily total. A steady team of prepared players can beat an alliance that depends on only a few high scorers.
Always check the live VS screen. Scoring activities and rewards can change by server, season, and event format.

The Six-Day Rhythm
VS commonly follows this pattern:
Day 1: Radar Training — Radar Tasks, stamina, gathering, drone activities, and related tasks.
Day 2: Base Expansion — Building upgrades and construction speedups.
Day 3: Age of Science — Research, research speedups, and often Valor Badges.
Day 4: Train Heroes — Hero EXP, shards, Skill Medals, recruitment, and hero development.
Day 5: Total Mobilization — Troop training, promotions, and training speedups.
Day 6: Enemy Buster — Combat, kills, healing, shields, and coordinated alliance action.
The key habit is simple: save each resource for the day where it earns the most value.

Score With Purpose
Using a speedup or Hero Shard on a random day still helps your account. Using it on the correct VS day helps your account, earns personal rewards, and strengthens the alliance score.
That extra value adds up over time.
Do not stop progressing just to save everything. Instead, plan your progress around the weekly schedule. Start a building, hold a research upgrade, protect hero materials, and save training speedups until the matching day arrives.

Personal Chests and Alliance Goals
Your first responsibility is reaching a realistic daily chest target. Consistent reward chests are far more valuable than one huge score that empties your inventory.
Then watch alliance instructions. Leadership may call for a push in a close battle, a hold for a coordinated finish, or a save when the opponent’s lead is too expensive to chase.
Not every player needs the same score. What matters is using your resources wisely when they can make a difference.

Alliance Duel Research and Valor Badges
Alliance Duel research is a special Tech Center tree focused on VS rewards and scoring. Valor Badges are the currency used to complete that research.
Better VS research can increase points from certain activities or unlock additional reward chests. More chests can lead to more Valor Badges, creating a strong long-term growth cycle.
Spend badges intentionally. Read the research branch, choose upgrades that support how you play, and use them on Science Day when they score.

Stack VS With Arms Race
When possible, line up your VS activity with a matching Arms Race phase. A building completion, research upgrade, hero investment, or troop training session can sometimes earn rewards in both events.
VS is the priority. Arms Race overlap is the bonus.
Every Player Matters
VS is not only for high-power or spending players. Newer and free-to-play players help by saving resources, completing the right tasks, reaching practical chest targets, and avoiding wasted timing.
On Enemy Buster, players who cannot fight safely can still help by shielding and not giving the opponent easy points. Follow approved rallies and alliance directions.

Final Reminder
Alliance Duel is a weekly lesson in timing:
Save the right resources. Use them on the right day. Follow the alliance plan.
PREPARE TOGETHER. SCORE WITH PURPOSE. BUILD VICTORIES ONE DAY AT A TIME.
