Radar Training is the opening day of Alliance Duel, but its preparation often begins before the week even starts. It rewards the habit that strengthens every VS day: prepare activity before the scoring window, then collect or complete it at the right time. Radar Tasks, stamina, gathering, and drone activity can all turn normal play into useful points.

The goal is not to spend everything—it is to create an efficient opening score. Always check the live Radar Training screen, since scoring can vary by server, season, and event format.

Understand What Radar Training Is Really About

Day 1 rewards preparation and consistency more than raw spending.

Scoring may include Radar Tasks, stamina, gathering returns, drone activity, and other actions already part of normal play. Use what belongs to Day 1 and protect the rest: Hero resources for Day 4, research speedups for Day 3, training speedups for Day 5, and shields or healing speedups for Day 6. Start the weekly rhythm without emptying your inventory.

Day 1 is the beginning of the weekly rhythm—not a reason to empty the inventory.

How Radar Task Banking Works

Radar Task banking means preparing qualifying tasks before the Day 1 scoring window and collecting them after the event becomes active. Depending on the current game interface and task type, this may involve completing tasks but leaving their rewards unclaimed until the new day begins. When Day 1 starts, the prepared rewards can be collected and may contribute to your VS score if the live event lists them.

Banking means preparing qualifying Radar Tasks before Day 1, then collecting them after scoring begins. Confirm that the live event lists those rewards before you claim them.

Do not let the queue stay full. A full queue can stop new tasks from appearing, so keep enough space for the system to refresh. A healthy, moving queue is better than a perfect bank that produces nothing new.

Time Your Day 1 Start Carefully

When the day changes, take a moment before collecting everything. At reset, pause before collecting anything. Confirm Radar Training is active, check what qualifies, and wait through any transition period before using major resources.

Once scoring is live, claim prepared tasks and begin your routine. Good timing matters more than fast tapping. There is no need to rush through every action at once unless the alliance has a specific reason to create an early push.

Good timing is more important than fast tapping.

Keep New Radar Tasks Moving

After claiming prepared tasks, continue working through new ones during the day.

Radar Training is not only about the tasks you saved. It is also about maintaining the system. New tasks may appear as you complete existing ones, and those tasks can contribute to your score if they qualify.

The best approach is steady activity. Complete the tasks you can do efficiently. Avoid letting the radar queue become blocked. Pay attention to tasks that use stamina or send troops into the world, because they may overlap with other Day 1 goals.

Avoid blocking the queue and favor tasks that overlap with stamina or world activity. Keeping radar active all week gives you more flexibility than only checking it when VS starts.

Stamina Should Have a Purpose

Use stamina only on activities that qualify and serve another purpose, such as a boss, rally, seasonal objective, or useful loot.

Stamina use can be particularly valuable when it overlaps with the correct Arms Race phase. If a matching phase is active or approaching, the same stamina may contribute to both events.

Avoid spending all stamina on low-value targets simply to make the Day 1 score larger. A good stamina choice produces points while also providing useful rewards, loot, event progress, or alliance support.

Gathering Requires Timing

If gathering qualifies on your live Radar Training screen, the timing of the return may matter more than the timing of the departure.

A gathering march sent before Day 1 may return after the scoring window begins. If the game awards points when the resources are collected or the march returns, this can create efficient Day 1 progress without requiring extra action during the event.

Verify how your event counts gathering, then choose resources your account actually needs.

Do not send marches only because they may provide points if the troops are needed elsewhere or the tile choice provides little value.

Drone Resources Need to Be Identified Correctly

Drone-related items can be confusing because different drone systems may score on different Alliance Duel days. Some drone development may belong on Radar Training. Other drone-related items, such as certain component chests, may be more valuable on Age of Science. The names can look similar, which makes it easy to open or use the wrong item at the wrong time.

Before using a drone item, read its description and check the live event list.

Ask whether it is a drone material, data item, skill-related item, component chest, or another system entirely. Do not open every drone item simply because it has “drone” in the name.

The right Day 1 drone activity can be an efficient source of points. The wrong one may take away an easy Day 3 score. A few extra seconds spent identifying the item can save a week of preparation.

Use Drone Development to Support Your Account

If qualifying drone materials score on Day 1, use them on upgrades that help your actual combat plan.

Drone systems can provide useful bonuses, but they should still be developed with purpose. Consider which upgrades improve the marches you use most often, which data or parts are needed for the next meaningful milestone, and whether the account will benefit from spending now.

Do not empty materials for a weak upgrade.

The best VS score comes from growth you already wanted—not from low-value spending pressured by the event.

Watch for Arms Race Overlap

Radar Training can become more efficient when the current Arms Race phase rewards the same kind of activity. Stamina use, drone development, and other qualifying actions may overlap with a matching Arms Race phase. Before using a large amount of stamina or drone material, check the Arms Race timer.

If the correct phase is coming soon and the Alliance Duel day has enough time remaining, waiting can create extra value. If the timing does not work, use the planned activity during Radar Training rather than missing the primary scoring window.

Arms Race overlap is a bonus.

The Day 1 event screen remains the first priority.

Do Not Let Day 1 Drain Your Week

Radar Training should create a strong opening, not drain resources meant for later days. Keep research speedups, Hero Shards, Skill Medals, training speedups, and most resource chests protected.

A controlled score is often better than a huge one. Finish Day 1 prepared for construction, research, heroes, training, and combat—not depleted.

Set a Practical Day 1 Target

Set a goal before you begin: reach personal chests, provide a steady alliance baseline, use planned drone materials, or complete a useful stamina activity. Push harder only when the matchup or leadership calls for it.

Look at the alliance score. Consider whether the next chest is close and worthwhile. Think about the resources you will need tomorrow. If continued spending creates real value, continue. If it only creates a larger number, save.

A good Day 1 ends with your account ready to begin Base Expansion preparation.

Prepare for Day 2 Before You Finish

As Radar Training ends, begin looking at buildings. Choose the next useful construction project. Check the resources it will require. Consider whether it can be started now and completed during Base Expansion. Preserve construction speedups for the project that matters most.

This is how the VS rhythm works. Day 1 is not separate from Day 2. The preparation you begin tonight becomes tomorrow’s score. Tomorrow’s research preparation becomes Day 3. Each day leads naturally into the next.

Final Thoughts

Radar Training rewards a player who pays attention to the systems already working in the background.

Bank Radar Tasks without blocking the queue. Use stamina with a purpose. Time gathering when it helps your account. Learn the difference between drone items. Watch for Arms Race overlap, and avoid spending resources that belong to later days.

The first day of Alliance Duel sets the tone for the week.

Start with preparation. Start with discipline. Start strong without spending blindly.

PREPARE WITH PATIENCE. CLAIM WITH TIMING. LET THE WEEK BEGIN WITH PURPOSE.
